Rates, Policies, and Fees
We have a daily base rate of $1,150 a day with a 2 night minimum stay with an additional $250 cleaning fee for your stay.
Arrival and check in is after 3:00pm and checkout is by noon.
We have wifi on the property and a landline if needed.
The facilitators are welcome to arrive early after 1:00 on the day their event begins if they need extra time to get oriented and set up for their participants. This can be arranged with advance notice.
We will give your group a brief initial tour of the property and point out important details and address any questions anyone might have. We live on the property in the Main House which is separate from the group areas and we are able to give you as much privacy as you request. Although you may occasionally see us watering, gardening, feeding the animals or doing other maintenance around the property, we plan those tasks with the utmost consideration for your privacy and preferences.

Alcohol, Tobacco, etc.
We will not be providing alcoholic beverages as part of our catering and we request that you do not bring any onto the property. We work with various recovery groups and have committed to keeping our common spaces as a sober environment.
We need to be very aware of fire safety and we provide an area for smoking if it is needed. We respectfully ask you to only smoke in the area which is specifically designated for this use and not to smoke anywhere else on the property.
Fire Circle
We do have a beautiful fire circle that you are welcome to use with the understanding that you must be responsible for extinguishing the fire when you leave the area. We have a hose near the fire pit, and wood is also provided.
Pets
We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet companions at our Center at this time. We love our animals and we’re sure you love yours too! We have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 goats, and chickens, and we have worked with all of our animals to make sure they practice multi species respect! We need to keep the animal peace on our property and realize there can sometimes be unpredictable conflicts when unfamiliar pet friends visit the property. We also want to respect that some of our guests may be sensitive to pet allergies so we want to maintain all of our common spaces as pet free zones.
Violations of these policies may result in additional fees charged.
Our Current Covid-19 Guidelines
At Ancient Springs Retreat Center our priority is the safety and well-being of our guests and team, and we have taken every precaution and are following current CDC guidelines.
We strongly encourage all of the participants in your group to take a Covid test before they travel to attend your gathering. We also ask that you please communicate clearly to all of the people in your group that if they are experiencing any Covid or Covid-like symptoms or have been exposed to anyone else with Covid within 10 days prior to your event they should not travel to your event.
Also please be aware that if a person develops symptoms while they are at Ancient Springs we will provide a rapid test and if they in fact test positive for Covid-19 unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate their needs any further on the property and they will be asked to then take care of their medical needs off site. Please emphasize to the people in your group how important it is for them to understand our policy at this time.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of everyone who visits and lives at Ancient Springs, as well as the Elders we care for in our families, the friends in our community, and the Wixarika (Huichol) tribal people we are regularly in touch with.
