Fees

The daily rate per person is calculated according to the meal plan you choose. For instance, on your first night's stay Accommodations plus Dinner is $195 per person. On a full day the fee for Accommodations plus 3 meals is $250 per day per person. Please refer to our Catering Page for a breakdown of all your options and costs.

There is a minimum daily rate of 10 people or the equivalent fee for 10 people if your group is smaller, and we have a 2 night minimum stay. Taxes will be calculated based on the confirmed number of guests and meal plan and will be added to your final invoice. A $300 Cleaning Fee will also be added to your total.

A 20% deposit will secure your reservation with us and the remaining fees are due 30 days before your event.

Check In and Check Out 

Check in is at 3:00pm.

The facilitators are welcome to arrive early after 1:00 on the day their event begins if they need extra time to get oriented and prepare for the arrival of their participants. This can be arranged only with advance notice.

Check out is at noon for all guests.

Privacy

We will give your group a brief orientation when your group arrives and point out important details about the property and answer any questions. Our team lives on the property and although you may see us watering, gardening, feeding the animals or doing other maintenance, we plan those tasks with the utmost consideration for your privacy and preferences.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 60 days or more before your retreat your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 60 days before your retreat your deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel less than 30 days after you have paid your full fee your deposit is non-refundable and the balance of your full fee is non-refundable but can be transferable to a future date.

Alcohol, Tobacco, etc.

We will not be providing alcoholic beverages as part of our catering and we request that you do not bring any onto the property. We work with various recovery groups and have committed to keeping our common spaces as a sober environment.
We need to be very aware of fire safety and we provide an area for smoking if it is needed. We respectfully ask you to only smoke in the area which is specifically designated for this use and not to smoke anywhere else on the property.

Fire Circle

We do have a beautiful fire circle that you are welcome to use with the understanding that you must be responsible for extinguishing the fire when you leave the area. We have a hose near the fire pit, and wood is also provided. There can be County wide fire restrictions during certain times of the year and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ​​

Quiet Hours

We have quiet hours between 9:00pm and 8:00am. Acoustic music at a reasonable level is allowed to be played outside until 9:00pm. Drumming is allowed outside until 7:00pm and later in the evening can be played inside the Meeting House. There is no amplified music allowed outside. Inside our Meeting House we have Bluetooth speaker you can use. We strive to be respectful neighbors and sound carries in our valley. Thank you for your understanding.

Candles

We allow only glass votive candles in the Studio and they must be placed safely.

No open candles are allowed anywhere on the property.

Pets

We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet companions at our Center. That being said, we will accommodate a verifiable service animal with prior notice and we have one designated room in the Cabin that is available for this purpose. We love our animals and we’re sure you love yours too! We also want to respect that some of our guests may be sensitive to pet allergies so we are committed to maintaining all of our common spaces as pet free zones as much as possible. Our pets are either outside or only allowed inside our private residences.
