Rates, Policies, and Fees
We have a daily rate of $1,380 a night with a 2 night minimum stay with an additional $300 cleaning fee.
Arrival and check in is after 3:00pm and checkout is by noon.
The facilitators are welcome to arrive early after 1:00 on the day their event begins if they need extra time to get oriented and set up for their participants. This can be arranged with advance notice.

We will give your group a brief initial tour of the property and point out important details and address any questions anyone might have. We live on the property in the Main House which is separate from the group areas and we are able to give you as much privacy as you request. Although you may occasionally see us watering, gardening, feeding the animals or doing other maintenance around the property, we plan those tasks with the utmost consideration for your privacy and preferences.
Alcohol, Tobacco, etc.
We will not be providing alcoholic beverages as part of our catering and we request that you do not bring any onto the property. We work with various recovery groups and have committed to keeping our common spaces as a sober environment.
We need to be very aware of fire safety and we provide an area for smoking if it is needed. We respectfully ask you to only smoke in the area which is specifically designated for this use and not to smoke anywhere else on the property.

Fire Circle
We do have a beautiful fire circle that you are welcome to use with the understanding that you must be responsible for extinguishing the fire when you leave the area. We have a hose near the fire pit, and wood is also provided.

Pets
We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet companions at our Center at this time unless you provide proof that they are certified service animals. We have one room we keep as a pet friendly room and the rest of the communal spaces are kept pet free. If you do have a service animal please be aware that you will need to keep your animal on a leash when you are outside. We love our animals and we’re sure you love yours too! We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 horses and we have worked with all of our animals to make sure they practice multi species respect! We need to keep the animal peace on our property and realize there can sometimes be unpredictable conflicts when unfamiliar pet friends visit the property. We also want to respect that some of our guests may be sensitive to pet allergies so we want to maintain all of our common spaces as pet free zones. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit will secure your reservation with us and the remaining fees are due 30 days before your event. If you cancel before 30 days before your event your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your event less than 30 days before your reservation after you have paid your full fee, 50% of your fee will be refunded.
